This man worked Mon & Tues.

on the floors. They were supposed

to be finished but looked terrible,

so when Mr. Archer came he

said “they would not do,” he

said they would be back Wed.

AM. He called me that night

to say that he would have the

floors scraped again, so that

was done yesterday P.M. some

work was done this A.M. the

finishing tomorrow and we

will move things back Sat.

I’m sure it will take all

next week for this side, but

he will scrape them in

the beginning and not be so

long on them.

We haven’t heard from

Dorothy.

Leonard wrote that Jerry/Jene

had called him, and that

he would try to go over
